We've lived here going on 8 years. There has been a complete staff change of the property from the Property Managers down to the maintenance guys. Seems they got rid of the bad apples! What a Wonderful difference! Work orders are getting done quickly. They shoveled and Salted the steps in front of my apartment building which hasn't happened in YEARS (hubby said they were originally doing it when we moved in but I don't remember that). The staff and owners care about the property.

Centerville Park is a nice quiet, no drama apartment community. I have lived here almost 9 years and I have no complaints. If you call they answer. Any concerns are addressed. They are always so polite and nice. Get those openings before they get taken!

Everyone at the leasing office is so helpful! We currently live here and in less than a week we are moving just up the street, because we love it here! I have lived here for about 2 years now and loved it since I moved in! There are so many amenities and it's a beautiful (very walkable) area. The process of applying for another unit was made super easy by everyone at the office. They were quick to help us and made sure we knew all we needed to.
