I have only been living at Centerville Park for about a week but being impressed is an understatement. Leah, and really the whole team, at the office are great and SO easy to work with. The application and moving process was a breeze and my apartment was absolutely perfect when I got here. Leah truly went above and beyond with me and she genuinely seems to care about her clients as people. I would recommend this place to anyone!

The experience was rocky at first. We put down a deposit only to find out weeks later that the current tenant revoked their move out date, causing us to have to look elsewhere. Luckily, the staff kept us in mind and literally the next day they had another place available. Before moving in, they redid the countertops, the flooring, light fixtures & carpet. Almost like a brand new place! Yes, there are signs of wear & tear from previous tenants, however, I am extremely pleased

I just recently moved out of these apartments back in May 2023. They’re really nice apartments and great amenities as well. However, BE AWARE OF THEIR MOVE-OUT POLICY!!! Make sure you notify them and sign the paper at least 3 months in advance from your orignal move-in date. ((Ex: you moved in June 2022 and you plan to move out in 2 years (June 2024)…notify them and sign the paper at least by the beginning/mid March 2024!)) Just do it! It’ll save you money and thank me later!

We've lived here going on 8 years. There has been a complete staff change of the property from the Property Managers down to the maintenance guys. Seems they got rid of the bad apples! What a Wonderful difference! Work orders are getting done quickly. They shoveled and Salted the steps in front of my apartment building which hasn't happened in YEARS (hubby said they were originally doing it when we moved in but I don't remember that). The staff and owners care about the property.
